Documentary Film: Offre-moi ton corps/The Body As An Offering
SPRING 2010 – Dita is one of 11 international artists featured in the upcoming documentary film, OFFRE-MOI TON CORPS/The Body As An Offering: A look at the methods of today's photographers who are using the human body to represent the social and human preoccupations of Western civilization.
Produced by Claire Obscura Inc./ Directed by Bernar Hébert and Renée Claude Riendeau, this film had its premiere screening at the Festival International of Films on Art (FIFA), in Montreal, in March, 2010.

Recent Exhibition: NOW HERE NO WHERE
May 2010 Espace Ethecae recently presented Now Here No Where by March Hutchinson and Dita Kubin from May 6 to 21, 2010. This exhibition brought together an independent body of work by each artist - the photography of Dita Kubin and drawing and painting of March Hutchinson - as well as a collaborative project that gave title to their exhibit, Now Here No Where.
Together, these two artists share a strong curiosity of time and space, and both work with images that express sensitivity to a particular moment. It is with great enthusiasm that they embarked upon a collaborative project, entitled Now Here No Where. This project developed as a call-and-response narrative where fragmented phrases and poetic imagery turned into a formal poem which ultimately led them into a visual multi-media back-and-forth dialogue.
