THERE IN YOU

A continued and evolving research project into self-image and the relationship between body, heart and sexuality.

Part One, Underneath Skin - marked the beginning of a focused look at the difficult journey of human identity, attempting to explore what it means to 'let go' and be good in your own skin. This new series, There In You, is a Part Two of sorts, as it delves further into this personal inquiry, trying to not just touch threads now but to find and explore the deeper core of personal truths, via the photographic self-portrait. These photographs present a rich emotional landscape, from the wildly joyful wonderments to the places of incredible heartache, that is traversed in the journey and process of coming to terms with whom one really is.

There In You began to surface in August of 2011, during a signifcant personal time of change, and has since taken off into full production swing.

It is the aim that this artistic research direction continue as long as there are new discoveries of the body, heart and soul to be made.
